Meeting, Conference and Training Rooms

Whether you are looking for a location for a training session, business meeting or an office presence in Thetford Anglia house business centre can accommodate you.

We envisage that our clients may be news businesses who  may initially like to hire desks by the month at an all inclusive rate.  Alternatively, they may be existing businesses who wish to take advantage of renting a room to support a marketing campaign to promote their products or services in a developing and fast growing market.

We offer four fully equipped rooms each of which could be used for a number of different business purposes.

Our clients may include recruitment agencies, companies looking for space to carry out staff training or to meet clients.  Our Nelson room is large enough to be used as a staff training room or as a large client meeting room.  Catering services can be arranged with the manager when the room is booked.

Some clients may wish to use the premises while they look for a more permanent site and the rooms will enable them to start their business with minimal disruption while the legal and financial formalities are dealt with.

The uses for our rooms are endless and can be as diverse as rooms used for counselling, private medical consulting rooms to short term major event planning where an office location is helpful.

We also envisage the rooms being utilised for mediation, collaborative law meetings and alternative dispute resolution.  In this respect the building has the benefit of being centrally located in East Anglia.

With the rapid growth of new businesses we also envisage that there could be opportunities for web design companies to operate out of these premises.

The individual room rates include Wi-Fi, the use of the toilets, electricity and lighting supply, the water supply, the cleaning/maintenance/ emergency lighting to common areas, grounds maintenance, partially manned reception, and waste collection from the site, building insurance, heating and maintenance of fire alarms along with their testing.
